Terms & Conditions – Tropical Farm Guided Tour (EN)

1. Accessibility & Terrain
This experience takes place outdoors, across two separate plots located approximately 800 metres apart. The walk between them takes around 12 minutes. The path is not steep, but walking guests may slightly delay the group.
The tour is not suitable for visitors with reduced mobility, heart conditions, or accessibility needs.

2. Weather Conditions
The tour runs even in heat, sun, or light rain. Please bring suitable clothing, water, sunscreen, and hats.

3. Meeting Point, Parking & Punctuality
The exact meeting point is provided in your confirmation email.
Parking is available in the curve immediately before the entrance, or the next curve after it. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Parking is always under your own responsibility.
Please arrive on time. Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in missing part of the tour.

4. Transfers Between Plots
The visit includes a short transfer between the two plots.

If you arrive on foot, the guide may offer a lift as a courtesy, depending on availability. This is not an obligation, and by accepting the transfer, you acknowledge that the guide is not liable for any incident during the short drive.
If you arrive by taxi, the same applies. A transfer may be offered when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
Guests who prefer not to wait may walk the 12-minute path to the second point.

5. Behaviour & Safety
Visitors must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Entering restricted areas or touching plants or equipment without permission is not allowed.

6. Tools & Farm Equipment
As this is an active working farm, you may see tools or small pieces of equipment in designated areas. These are part of the daily maintenance of the property.
For everyone’s safety, please do not touch, move, or use any tools or equipment at any time. The guide will indicate which areas are safe to walk through.

7. Children
Children are welcome, but they must remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians at all times during the visit.

8. Pets
Pets are allowed as long as they are well-behaved and kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour at all times.

9. Allergies & Sensitivities
This is an outdoor agricultural environment with natural exposure to fruit trees, pollen, and plants. Visitors with allergies should take any necessary precautions.

10. Footwear
For your comfort and safety, closed-toe footwear is recommended.

11. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

12. Liability
By joining the tour, guests accept that participation is under their own responsibility.
The farm is not liable for accidents resulting from not following the safety instructions, nor for situations related to parking or courtesy transfers.

13. Photos & Recordings
Photos for personal use are welcome.
However, audio recordings are not permitted during the tour, in order to protect the privacy and comfort of all visitors.
Short videos are allowed as long as they do not interfere with the explanation or disturb the group.

14. Exceptional Changes (Force Majeure)
In exceptional circumstances (weather changes, road closures, safety concerns), the itinerary may be adjusted.

15. Languages
The tour will be conducted in the language booked. Last-minute language changes cannot be guaranteed.

16. Invoices
If you need an invoice, we will gladly prepare one. Simply provide an email address where we can send it after the tour.
