About us

Agriculture brought us here. Coffee made us stay

Our Project

Herradura Coffee Farm isn’t a new project; it’s the natural continuation of a finca shaped by our family over generations.
Each chapter left its mark—different crops, bold decisions, good seasons and difficult ones—and a legacy that,

despite everything, never truly disappeared.

In 2016, we chose to pick up that thread and build again on what was still alive. Around that time, almost by chance, my passion for coffee emerged, and we began shaping a project that brings together agriculture, heritage, and a deep sense of place.

Today, more than 30 tropical crops grow here, tended by hand and guided by the rhythm of the land. We’re not here to make statements or prove anything—only to open our doors, share what we do, and continue shaping a place that evolves week by week.

We’re not trying to prove anything.
Just honoring a legacy and keeping a dream alive, as those before us once did…
and perhaps, quietly, preparing the path for those who will come after.
