Términos y Condiciones – Visita Guiada en Finca Tropical (ES)
Las presentes Condiciones de Reserva regulan la contratación de las visitas guiadas y experiencias ofrecidas a través del sitio web fincadecafe.com, gestionado por Almuñécar Mateos Invest SL.
Al realizar una reserva, el usuario acepta plenamente estas condiciones.
1. Objeto de la reserva
La reserva permite participar en una visita guiada o experiencia en la finca en la fecha y hora seleccionadas.
Las actividades pueden incluir:

Tour guiado por la finca

Explicación del cultivo de frutas tropicales y del café
-
Degustación de frutas (cuando esté expresamente incluida)
-
Visita a dos parcelas separadas aproximadamente 800 metros (unos 12 minutos a pie)
-
Experiencias adicionales especificadas en la web
El contenido puede variar ligeramente según la temporada.
2. Accesibilidad y terreno
La finca está situada en un entorno agrícola real, con caminos irregulares, tierra y desniveles moderados.
La visita no es adecuada para personas con movilidad reducida, problemas cardíacos o necesidades especiales de accesibilidad.
Se recomienda traer calzado cerrado y ropa cómoda.
3. Horarios y puntualidad
Las visitas comienzan a la hora exacta indicada en la reserva.

Se recomienda llegar 5–10 minutos antes.

Si el teléfono del guía está ocupado al llegar, significa que está finalizando la visita anterior.

El retraso del visitante no amplía la duración del tour.

Retrasos de más de 10 minutos pueden implicar la pérdida parcial de la visita.
4. Punto de encuentro y aparcamiento
El punto de encuentro está indicado en el email de confirmación.
El aparcamiento está disponible:

En la curva inmediatamente anterior al acceso

O en la siguiente curva más adelante
Las plazas son limitadas y no pueden garantizarse.
El aparcamiento se realiza bajo responsabilidad del visitante.
Es importante no continuar carretera arriba más allá del punto marcado.
5. Traslado entre las dos parcelas
La visita incluye un desplazamiento corto entre dos parcelas.

Si el visitante llega a pie, el guía podrá ofrecer un traslado como cortesía, solo si es posible.

Si llega en taxi, también podrá ofrecerse cortesía si hay disponibilidad.
Este traslado no es una obligación, y al aceptarlo, el visitante reconoce que el guía no se hace responsable de cualquier eventualidad durante ese trayecto.
El visitante puede optar por caminar (unos 12 minutos).
6. Condiciones meteorológicas
La visita se desarrolla al aire libre.

En días de calor se recomienda agua, sombrero y protector solar.

En lluvia ligera, la visita puede realizarse con paraguas o chubasquero.
Solo se cancelará si las condiciones ponen en riesgo la seguridad (tormenta eléctrica, viento extremo, lluvia intensa o fenómenos adversos).
En tal caso se ofrecerá:

Cambio de fecha
o -
Reembolso completo
7. Política de cancelación
Cancelación por parte del cliente

Cancelación gratuita hasta 24 h antes.

Cancelaciones con menos de 24 h → no reembolsables.

La no presentación (“no show”) implica pérdida del importe abonado.
Cancelación por parte del organizador
En caso de fuerza mayor o clima extremo se ofrecerá:

Cambio de fecha u horario

Reembolso íntegro
8. Modificación de reservas
Los cambios de fecha u hora pueden solicitarse por email.
Están sujetos a disponibilidad.
9. Número de participantes
El número de visitantes debe coincidir con la reserva.
Si llegan más personas sin aviso, la organización podrá denegar la participación por motivos de seguridad o aforo.
Para grupos grandes, reservar con antelación.
10. Normas durante la visita
El visitante se compromete a:

Seguir las indicaciones del guía en todo momento

No manipular plantas, cultivos, instalaciones ni equipos sin permiso

Mantener un comportamiento adecuado
-
Cuidar el entorno natural
El guía puede finalizar la visita o expulsar a un visitante si su conducta es peligrosa o irrespetuosa.
11. Herramientas y equipos de la finca
La finca está en funcionamiento y puede haber herramientas o equipos visibles.
Por seguridad, no deben tocarse, moverse ni utilizarse en ningún momento.
El guía indicará las zonas seguras de tránsito.
12. Menores de edad
Los niños son bienvenidos, pero deben permanecer bajo la supervisión directa de sus padres o tutores durante toda la visita.
13. Mascotas
Las mascotas están permitidas siempre que:

Estén bien controladas y atadas con correa

No molesten al resto de visitantes
-
Su tutor asuma completamente su responsabilidad
14. Alergias y sensibilidades
El entorno incluye árboles frutales, flores y polen.
Las personas con alergias deben tomar las precauciones necesarias.
15. Responsabilidad
El visitante participa bajo su propia responsabilidad en un entorno agrícola real.
El organizador no se hace responsable de:

Accidentes derivados de no seguir las indicaciones del guía

Lesiones por calzado inadecuado
-
Situaciones relacionadas con aparcamiento o traslados ofrecidos como cortesía

Pérdida de objetos personales
16. Fotografías y grabaciones

El visitante puede tomar fotografías para uso personal.

Se permite grabar vídeos cortos sin audio siempre que no interfieran con la visita.

No se permiten grabaciones de audio para proteger la privacidad de los asistentes.
El organizador podrá tomar fotos generales del grupo con fines promocionales.
Quien no desee aparecer debe comunicarlo al inicio.
17. Facturación
Si el visitante necesita factura, se emitirá sin ningún problema.
Solo es necesario facilitar un correo electrónico para enviarla tras la visita.
18. Legislación aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española.
Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los Juzgados y Tribunales de Almuñécar.

Please drive slowly. Chameleons often cross the road, and vehicles are by far their biggest threat.
Unfortunately, there’s no underground, train or bus that comes directly to the farm, so you’ll need a vehicle to get here.
If you’re coming by taxi, please let me know (so I have time to tidy up my car). The tour is split into two parts, and I’ll drive you to the second one.
Walking from La Herradura takes around 40 minutes for an adult. It’s NOT a good idea to walk this distance with children during the summer.
Please make sure you follow the pin I send you — that is the exact meeting point where the tour begins. You can park either in the bend just before it or the next one, but please do not continue past the meeting point or cross the bridge.

Yes — children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult at all times.
Please keep in mind that we’re in the south of Spain, and it can get hot and humid. Pushchairs aren’t ideal for the terrain, although some visitors have managed perfectly fine. A baby carrier or sling-style bag usually works much better here. I’ve added several shaded spots along the route, and by mid-2026 we’ll be finishing the tour in an area with a pergola, a bathroom, and the option to enjoy some refreshments.
I can’t give you a minimum age, as every child is different. My son Noah has happily done the tour since he was four, while older children sometimes find it tiring. You know your child best, so please consider their comfort and safety before booking

It is preferable that you wear long trousers (we get a lot of mosquitoes in the summer) a hat and comfortable closed-toe shoes, but it you feel confortable and prefer to come with flip flops and shorts it’s under your responsabilityIt’s preferable to wear long trousers, a hat, and comfortable closed-toe shoes, as we often have mosquitoes in summer. That said, if you feel better in shorts or flip-flops – or you prefer to walk barefoot for grounding – that’s entirely your choice. Just be aware that there may be small stones, branches and, in summer, mosquitoes.
It would be preferable that you come well hydrated, equipped with sun cream and comfortable shoes.
There are slopes, so if you have physical or cardiac problems we do not recommend it.

We are not doctors, each person knows their own body but if you have heart problems we do not recommend it because there is a certain unevenness, even though we take breaks you may not be able to keep up with the group. We recommend that you don’t take risks with your health, but even so, if you want, you can book a private tour.
